Agrégé des Universités, specialising in corporate finance and financial markets, Patrick Sentis is a Professor at Montpellier Management (Université de Montpellier) and Affiliated Professor at Montpellier Business School.
Author of numerous articles and books, his research interests focus on sustainable finance and investor behaviour. His academic and extra-academic activities have given him a solid experience of financial markets in practice.
He also serves as Director of the Doctoral School in Economics and Management at Université de Montpellier and as Treasurer of the French Finance Association (AFFI). He is a regular member of the CFA Institute.
It is from this dual expertise — high-level academic research and practical financial markets knowledge — that WERIN was born. The goal: making the portfolio selection and analysis methods previously reserved for insiders accessible to everyone.

Dual law & finance expertise — financial and general management
Audrey Boccadifuoco is one of those professionals who built, very early on, a dual expertise in law and finance. This twin lens gives her a singular ability to grasp a company in all its complexity — legal, strategic and operational.
She then forged a fifteen-year career in banking, before holding CFO and then CEO positions at large mid-market companies. Experiences that sharpened her reading of organizations and her ability to act in demanding environments.
It is in this continuity that she joined WERIN as president, after contributing to its design and launch. Driven by the need to advance the standards of the sector, she engages with a resolutely entrepreneurial posture; guided by efficiency, lucidity and a demand for value creation.
What deeply attracts her in this venture? A vision that drives her: democratising market finance, making it accessible where it had been reserved for the few. With the conviction that innovation only matters when it serves something concrete and useful.

Francis Ramadier is one of those rare figures who combine a lawyer's intellectual rigour, a financial expert's precision and a seasoned entrepreneur's instinct. He brings to our Fintech far more than capital: a vision, a network and a level of trust that have been precious to us from day one.
What sets him apart is his entrepreneurial spirit: he acquired GT2i, specialised in parts and equipment for rally racing, and turned it into a national leader — a success built on vision and perseverance. In 2012, as he prepared to retire, he made a choice that says everything about his values: he handed the company over to its employees, a rare and deeply human act, evidence of a commitment that goes beyond financial returns alone.
Today a Business Angel within the Méliès and Occitanie Angels networks, his support is not limited to capital: he mentors, opens his network and engages with the same caring rigour he has always applied to his own ventures. It is this posture — demanding, lucid and committed — that led him to believe in our project from its very early days.
